Refund policy

Returns or Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all BONEFISH tags attached in the original packaging. Damaged or soiled items will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

Items not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items customized at the buyer's request
- Clothes customized to personal size
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Items damaged due to normal wear and tear.

Please note, the buyer is responsible for all additional shipping costs.

To request a return or exchange, please email bonefish317@gmail.com with the appropriate subject and order number. Include the following information in your email:

1. Your order number
2. Reason for return or exchange
3. Photos and videos of the product you want to return or exchange - in good quality and unedited
4. Any relevant comments

Once the return or exchange is preliminarily accepted, we will inform you of the address to mail the item.

Important note: When sending your order back to the provided address, be sure to mark it as "Returning online store order." Without this mark, the package may not reach us.

The next step is for us to receive the item and assess its condition. Please allow up to ten days to process the return or exchange. Note that items damaged or soiled due to normal wear and tear will not be refunded and may be returned to the customer. If the return or exchange is accepted, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed upon. Please remember, your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.

If you wish to exchange an item, simply place a new order at bonefish-pet.com.

You will receive a confirmation email once your returned item reaches our warehouse. Refunds may take up to 5 days, depending on your payment method.

Refunds

We will submit a report to the postal service to determine the official status and reason for the delay. We encourage customers to submit a lost item report to their local post office to help expedite the process.

Refunds or replacements will only be processed if the package is officially declared lost or returned to us. Note, if the package is lost or returned to us, we do not refund shipping costs, only the product cost.

Colors

We have made every effort to display the colors of the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that any color displayed on your computer monitor will be accurate.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at bonefish317@gmail.com. You will need to provide proof of damage or defect - a good quality, unedited photo or video. Allow up to 5 business days for us to assess the issue. If the issue is our fault, we will process a refund or make a new item for you at no additional shipping or product cost.
